Abstract Background Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a severe and progressive vascular disease for which early diagnosis risk stratification are critical improving patient outcomes. However, current diagnostic approaches exhibit limitations in achieving precise prediction. This study aimed to develop validate machine learning-based prediction model that integrates MRI-derived variables PH assessment. Methods retrospective enrolled 210 participants who underwent MRI at Zhongnan Hospital of...

Abstract A highly effective and operationally simple method for the deuteration of phenols using NaOH as a catalyst D 2 O deuterium source is presented. high regioselectivity ortho and/or para hydrogens relative to oxygen atom was achieved, well degree incorporation. The also has functional‐group tolerance, allowed complex pharmaceutically interesting substrates.

This paper describes a mini window-cleaning robot (WCR) that was specially designed for utilizing in domestic environment. WCR climbs on the surface of window glass by means four suction cups, and wipes simultaneously with rotational wiper. is characterized as lightweight mini-size. In robot, two beams are set close to rear forward main body. The cups positioned at both sides each beam. These function legs locomotion. Two pairs diagonal position suck alternately when moves. basic...

Nintedanib is a novel triple angiokinase inhibitor that inhibits three growth factors simultaneously. Deuterated derivatives of nintedanib at certain metabolically active sites were prepared and evaluated in vitro vivo . In particular, deuterated compound SKLB‐C2202 had significantly improved pharmacokinetic properties compared with nintedanib. These efforts lay the foundation for further investigating druggability SKLB‐C2202.

Abstract Hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH) is characterized by elevated artery resistance and vascular remodeling. Endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) reported to be involved in HPH, but the underlying mechanisms remain uncertain. We found that Xbp1s, a potent transcription factor during ERS, was hypoxic‐cultured rat PASMCs lung tissues from HPH rats. Our vitro experiments demonstrated overexpressing Xbp1s can promote proliferation, cell viability, migration inhibit apoptosis of PASMCs,...

Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a life-threatening disease characterized by vascular remodeling. Exploring new therapy target urgent. The purpose of the present study to investigate whether and how spliced x-box binding protein 1 (xbp1s), key component endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS), contributes pathogenesis PH. Forty male SD rats were randomly assigned four groups: Control, Monocrotaline (MCT), MCT+AAV-CTL (control), MCT+AAV-xbp1s. xbp1s levels found be elevated in lung tissues MCT...
