摘要: 外骨骼机器人穿戴于人体上,可以作为一种助力、增强或者交互的工具,应用于康复、遥操作等领域。针对上肢外骨骼机器人的人机交互控制问题,提出一种上肢外骨骼机器人的阻抗控制模型,并建立了一体化关节的动力学模型,详细设计了单关节的阻抗控制方法。基于外骨骼机器人在人机交互控制中的随动任务特性,设计了基于力的阻抗控制方法以及基于位置的阻抗控制方法。针对阻抗控制模型为二阶系统的特点,提出了阻抗控制参数优化分析的方法。建立了单关节阻抗控制的数值仿真模型,通过仿真试验分析了惯性参数、阻尼参数、刚度参数以及人机接触刚度对阻抗控制性能的影响。开展了单关节系统的阻抗控制硬件试验。试验结果表明单关节系统的触碰检测、重力补偿以及阻抗控制均可实现,并且操作者与关节系统可以实现协同运动。
