Compared with the monopolar pulser, bipolar pulser is more suitable to be excitation of ultra-wideband radiation system for its less content in low frequency range. In this paper, a high-power sub-nanosecond based on avalanche transistor developed through power synthesis method, whose principle combining two pulses different polarity together.
