This Prospective study was conducted on 60 consecutive purposively selected students nurse (age group 18 to 25 year), compares the effectiveness of E-Learning versus lecture method teaching in enhancing knowledge student nurses regarding nursing modules stress with Mean 9.6 (E-Learning) and 7.4 (Lecture method).It found statistically significantly (p<0.05).
