Misoprostol is a well known abortifacient. It can cause teratogenicity like Mobius sequence and terminal transverse limb defects. We report rare case of proximal focal femoral deficiency with fibular hemimelia in woman who had attempted abortion self-administered misoprostol later continued the pregnancy.
