One new furanocoumarin, 3'-prenyloxypsoralen (1), and two known furanocoumarins, imperatorin (2) xanthotoxin (3) were isolated from the raw fruits of Aegle marmelos. The structures coumarins confirmed by spectroscopic evidence. Compound 1 exhibited moderate cytotoxic activity against HEK293, HeLa, MCF7, HT29 cell lines with IC50 values 31.2, 44.8, 36.3, > 50.0 µg/mL, respectively.
