Abstract Nanosupramolecular assemblies with controlled topological features have inventive applications in fundamental studies and material manufacturing. Herein, a variety of morphologically interesting aggregates been constructed using the supramolecular modulation bipyridinium‐modified diphenylalanine derivative (BP‐FF). Benefiting from high binding affinity bipyridinium group four different macrocyclic receptors, namely cucurbit[7]uril, cucurbit[8]uril, pillar[5]arene, tetrasulfonated...

Breast cancer is the leading type diagnosed in female population, and metastasis main reason for cancer‐caused mortality. A novel nanoplatform herein presented integrating polydopamine‐functionalized nanosized reduced graphene oxide (NRGO), gold nanostars (GNS), doxorubicin (DOX) (denoted as NRGO‐GNS@DOX) combinational treatment of metastatic breast cancer. Upon localized near infrared (NIR) laser irradiation, NRGO‐GNS@DOX nanocomposites induce significant cytotoxicity 4T1 cells due to a...

To study the relationship between diversity of surface microbial community and tobacco flavor, to improve quality using microorganisms. The composition 14 samples flue-cured from tobacco-producing areas in Yunnan with varying grades were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing. PICRUSt was used for predicting functions. A strain Bacillus amyloliquefaciens W6-2 ability degrade pectin screened flued-cured leaves reroasted leave. enzyme preparation prepared through fermentation then applied...

A photo/chemo dually interconvertible system was constructed through the supramolecular assembly of azobenzene-diphenylalanine (Azo-FF) with α-cyclodextrin. The resultant chiral nanohelix able to interconvert into a nanosquare upon irradiation at different wavelengths, but nanofiber changing solvent polarity, which provides feasible way achieve highly ordered nanostructures various morphologies, dimensions and chiralities.

Elemene is widely recognized as an effective anti-cancer compound and routinely administered in Chinese clinical settings for the management of several solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, its detailed molecular mechanism has not been adequately demonstrated. In this research, it was demonstrated that elemene effectively curtailed NSCLC growth patient-derived xenograft (PDX) model. Mechanistically, employing high-throughput screening techniques subsequent...

Imaging-guided therapy holds great potential for enhancing therapeutic performance in a personalized way. However, it is still challenging to develop appropriate multifunctional materials overcome the limitations of current all-in-one theranostic agents. In this study, we developed one-for-all nanoplatform called Mn(II)-hemoporfin MOFs, designed specifically MRI-guided sonodynamic tumor therapy. The formation MOF structures not only improves imaging but also enhances effects through...

Graphene has become an ideal substrate for surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) to study the chemical enhancement mechanism. In comparison with mechanically exfoliated graphene, graphene oxide (GO) been found be a better due its highly negatively charged oxygen functional groups. this work, pH‐dependent SERS effect of aromatic molecules on GO are investigated. The results demonstrate that dyes deposited performs differently over wide range pH values (2 10). Adsorption experiments show is...
