Abstract Increasing evidence suggests circular RNAs (circRNAs) exert critical functions in tumor progression via sponging miRNAs (microRNAs). However, the role of circRNAs breast cancer remains unclear. Here we systematically analyzed based on their characteristic disease-specific and identified hsa_circ_001783 as a top ranked circRNA our computation verified its high expression both cells tissue. A higher level was significantly correlated with heavier burden poorer prognosis patients...

The complete removal of tetracycline residuals under visible light still is a challenging task because their robust ring structure. To tackle this issue, we explore novel Bi2O3-sensitized TiO2 visible-light photocatalyst by combining p–n heterojunction with hollow TiO2/Bi2O3 manifests excellent photocatalytic performance and recyclability toward the degradation (100%) antibiotics (λ > 420 nm) synergistic effect structure, successfully overcoming challenge incomplete over almost all reported...

The pace of nanomaterial discovery for high-performance electrocatalysts could be accelerated by the development efficient screening methods. However, conventional electrochemical characterization via drop-casting is inherently inaccurate and time-consuming, as such ensemble measurements are serially performed through nanocatalyst synthesis, morphological characterization, performance testing. Herein, we propose a rapid method bimetallic that combines nanoparticle (NP) preparation testing at...

Although photocatalysis has been proved to be a promising technology in solving various environmental problems, the preparation of visible light-driven photocatalysts on large scale simple and sustainable manner still remains technical challenge. Here, we demonstrate one-pot method for large-scale synthesis novel Bi2O3/TiO2 photocatalyst by coupling low-cost TiO2 with strong visible-light absorption Bi2O3. The as-synthesized exhibits efficient charge separation due formation p–n...

The biosynthetic efficiency of curcumin, a highly bioactive compound from the plant Curcuma longa, needs to be improved. In this study, we performed host cell and pathway engineering improve curcumin biosynthesis. Using in vivo-directed evolution, expression level curcuminoid synthase (CUS), rate-limiting enzyme pathway, was significantly Furthermore, as is hydrophobic compound, two membrane strategies were applied optimize efficiency. Curcumin storage increased by overexpression...

Transcriptional regulatory protein (TRP)-based whole-cell biosensors are widely used nowadays. Here, they were demonstrated to have great potential application in screening cell efflux and influx pumps for small molecules. First, a vanillin biosensor was developed by altering the specificity of TRP, VanR, strains with improved productions that selected from random genome mutagenesis library using this as high-throughput tool. Polar codes were first proposed by E. Arıkan in 2009 and have received significant attention recent years. Successive-cancellation (SC) belief-propagation (BP) decoding algorithms been applied some researchers to polar codes. However, unlike SC-based decoders, the performance optimization of BP-based decoders has not fully explored yet, especially regard impact number iterations on complexity. In this paper, a novel early stopping criterion based partial frozen bits for code is designed. The...
