In this study, an artificial intelligence (AI) intrusion detection system using a deep neural network (DNN) was investigated and tested with the KDD Cup 99 dataset in response to ever-evolving attacks. First, data were preprocessed through transformation normalization for input DNN model. The algorithm applied refined preprocessing create learning model, entire used verify it. Finally, accuracy, rate, false alarm rate calculated ascertain efficacy of which found generate good results detection.

Proactive planning and preparation are critical to the safety of patients on dialysis during emergencies, such as natural disasters, pandemics, coronavirus disease 2019. Patients with end-stage kidney particularly vulnerable disruptions power outages, water shortages, transportation issues, center closures because they can result in missed sessions severe health deterioration. This study aimed develop tailored dietary guidelines for Korean hemodialysis by applying U.S. Centers Disease...

Abstract Background Elevated serum level of fibroblast growth factor-23 (FGF23) is associated with adverse outcomes in dialyzed patients. Objectives The CUPID study compared the efficacy a cinacalcet-based regimen conventional care (vitamin D and P binders) for achieving stringent NKF-K/DOQI targets peritoneal dialysis (PD) Additionally, we analyzed change FGF23 levels between two treatments to explore cinacalcet effect lowering FGF23. Design Multicenter, open-labeled, randomized controlled...

Periodontitis and chronic kidney disease (CKD) are important health issues; however, the association between periodontitis CKD markers, especially in Korean adults, remains elusive.Data on 15,729 adults were obtained from National Health Nutritional Examination Surveys IV V. The markers included a decreased estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR;<60 mL/min/1.73 m(2)), proteinuria, hematuria. Odds ratios (ORs) 95% confidence intervals measured using stepwise multivariate logistic...

Purpose Diabetic nephropathy is the leading cause of end stage renal disease. The number kidney transplantation (KT) due to diabetic increasing and there debate on glycemic control after KT. In this study, we used a multi-center database determine relationship between post-transplant outcomes KT in patients with nephropathy. Methods We conducted retrospective chart review transplant recipients (KTRs) from three tertiary hospitals analyze association clinical graft failure, including patient...

Abstract Antibody-mediated rejection (ABMR) is one of the main obstacles to successful transplantation, including ABO blood group-incompatible (ABOi) transplantation. Recently, chimeric antigen receptor regulatory T cells (CAR Tregs) were developed improve specificity, viability, and suppressive activity Tregs. C4d deposition a marker ABMR also found in most ABOi allograft tissues. Based on these findings, we anti-C4d CAR Tregs suppress allografts. Anti-C4d prepared by retroviral...

Abstract The ability to locate a tumor primary site for patients with cancer of unknown (CUP) is major obstacle in providing personalized therapeutic options and access clinical trials. Despite the recent use molecular-based tools identify tissue-of-origin (TOO), overall survival CUP remains low. Here, we present an AI-based tool that predicts TOO by using genomic transcriptomic data classify tumors into hierarchically-organized molecular subgroups. predictor was composed DNA, RNA, Consensus...
