Nanoparticles possess the potential to revolutionize cancer diagnosis and therapy. The ideal theranostic nanoplatform should own long system circulation active targeting. Additionally, it be nontoxic invisible immune system. Here, authors fabricate an all‐in‐one possessed with these properties for personalized theranostics. Platelet‐derived vesicles (PLT‐vesicles) along their membrane proteins are collected from mice blood then coated onto Fe 3 O 4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNs). resulting...

Structural variants (SVs) are one of the main sources genetic and have a greater impact on phenotype evolution, disease susceptibility, environmental adaptations than single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). However, SVs remain challenging to accurately type, with several detection methods showing different limitations. Here, we explored from 10 chickens using PacBio technology detected 49,501 high-confidence SVs. The results showed that long-read more Illumina short-read genomes owing some...

We investigate the nanostructure, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) absorption and nonlinear enhancement of Au/Ag alloyed hollow nanoshells prepared by replacement reaction Ag nanoparticles in a HAuCl4 aqueous solution. As volume increases from 0mL to 0.5 mL, SPR band is tuned 430 nm 780 nm, third-order optical susceptibility enhanced nearly an order magnitude, which indicates large local field with hole defects.

With the rapid development of engineering thermophysics, researches on human biological heat transfer phenomena has gradually shifted from qualitative to quantitative. It is a typical inverse problem conduction that deriving distribution internal sources temperature body surface. Differing traditional numerical methods for solving conduction, this paper transforms such an bio-heat into direct one, thereby avoiding complex boundary conditions and regularization processes.
