luteolin and phospholipid complex was prepared to improve the lipophilic properties of luteolin. The physicochemical were analyzed by ultraviolet-visible spectrometry (UV), infrared (IR), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). results showed that in joined non-covalent-bonds did not form a new compound. In this study a complex of naringenin with hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin (HP-beta-CD) was prepared to improve the hydrophilicity naringenin.
