In this paper, a 64.3–66.2GHz digitally calibrated phase-locked loop (PLL) is presented in 0.13μm CMOS technology. A digital calibration circuit adopted to align the center operation frequency between VCO and divider. At 64.3GHz, measured phase noise at 1MHz offset 84.1dBc/Hz. A 50.8-53-GHz clock generator with a quadruplicate-harmonic-locked phase detector (PD) is presented to achieve low spur and reference frequency.
