ABSTRACT Colistin resistance threatens global health as it compromises the effectiveness of a last-resort antibiotic. We present complete genome sequence Enterobacter cloacae ST462, which carries mcr-9.1 gene, isolated from pediatric diarrhea case in southern Vietnam. The 5,049,362 bp contains 24 genes distributed across 107 contigs.

It was necessary to have a tool that could predict the amount of protein and optimize gene sequences produce recombinant proteins efficiently. The Transim model published by Tuller et al . in 2018 can calculate translation rate E coli using features on mRNA sequence, achieving Spearman correlation with per 0.36 when tested dataset operons’ first genes K-12 MG1655 genome. However, this not high, did fully consider sequences. Therefore, enhance prediction capability, our study firstly tried...

Highly expressed genes [HEG] are genees available in the organism, which carry preferred codons for expression system. Identifying HEG helps to find and use them gene optimization express target protein. Currently, HEG-DB only database store data of many strains microorganisms, but still not updated maintained. Therefore, our research is carried out predict E. coli K-12 MG1655 strain based on reference sets that mostly used ribosomal protein coding with high transcription levels from...
