본 연구는 사례중심적 접근을 통해 정신과 내원 환자들의 K-WAIS-IV 프로파일의 하위유형을 탐색하고 정신증 유무에 따른 하위유형의 임상적 특성을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 218명의 정신증적 장애 환자(조현병 및 정신증을 동반한 기분장애)와 232명의 동반하지 않은 기분장애 환자들 각각에 대하여 지표점수 전체 지능지수에 대한 잠재 프로파일 분석을 실시하였으며, 도출된 하위집단의 MMPI-2-RF 점수를 비교하였다. 분석 결과, 장애군과 비정신증적 장애군 모두 ‘전반적 손상 집단’, ‘선택적 ‘정상 집단’으로 구성된 3계층 모형이 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 집단’에서 관찰되는 영역은 따라 상이하였는데, 장애군은 언어이해를 제외한 모든 지표가 저하되었던 반면, 언어이해와 함께 작업기억 지표 또한 유지되는 점이 특징적이었다. 특성과 관련하여서는 일반적으로 인지기능 손상이 전반적일수록, 그리고 장애군보다는 장애군일 때 더 높은 수준의 증상을 호소하는 양상이었으나,...
