The restricted energy density in dielectric ceramic capacitors is challenging for their integration with advanced electronic systems. Numerous strategies have been proposed to boost the at different scales or combine those multiscale effects. Herein, guided by all-scale synergistic design, we fabricated Sr
Abstract Background Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is the leading cause of end-stage renal disease (ESRD). DN has many pathological changes, but tubular injury considered to be a crucial feature and plays key role in progression DN. Accumulating studies have confirmed that Luteolin (3,4,5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone, Lut) possesses anti-inflammatory antioxidant activities, which may play kidney protection Objectives This paper described effects Lut on appropriated kidneys db/db mice searched possible...
Background: Cellular senescence is a novel hallmark of cancer associated with patient outcomes and tumor immunotherapy. However, the value cellular senescence-related long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in predicting prognosis immunotherapy response for stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) patients needs further investigation. Methods: The transcriptome corresponding clinical information STAD genes were, respectively, downloaded from Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) CellAge databases. Differential expression...
A new, stable and scalable reagent based on a sulfoxide skeleton for direct deuteriodifluoromethylthiolation has been developed. The displays excellent reactivities toward Tf2O promoted C–H of electron-rich arenes, indoles, alkenes, intramolecular lactonization 2-alkynylbenzoates. Moreover, high deuteration rates good to yields were achieved under metal-free reaction conditions. As result, wide range deuteriodifluoromethylthilolated compounds prepared, enabling further applications in drug discovery.
Abstract Background Renal fibrosis is a major pathological feature in chronic kidney disease, and considered the final common pathway for virtually all progressive diseases. Although large amount of progress has been made understanding renal fibrosis, pathogenesis very complex still incompletely understood. Methods was induced by unilateral ischemia–reperfusion (uIR) operation. In some experiments, microRNA-145b (miR-145b) mimic or locked nucleic-acid-modified (LNA-modified) anti-miR-145b...
ABSTRACT Background and Aim Gastrointestinal (GI) problems have been always linked to psychiatric disorders. The aim of our study was explore specific GI symptoms or symptom clusters that may indicate the presence depression anxiety in outpatients. Methods One thousand one hundred twenty‐five outpatients from 20 hospitals completed questionnaires assessing symptoms, (the Patient Health Questionnaire‐9, PHQ‐9), (General Anxiety Disorder‐7, GAD‐7). Principal component analysis employed...
Transforming growth factor β 1 (TGFβ1) plays a critical role in the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of renal tubular epithelial cells (TECs) during injury, major cause acute failure, fibrosis and obstructive nephropathy. However, underlying molecular mechanisms remain ill-defined. Here, we addressed this question.Expression TGFβ1, Snail, phosphorylated Stat3 was examined by immunohistochemistry kidney after induction unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) mice. In vitro, primary...
We report herein on the energy storage and discharge properties of relaxor ferroelectric ceramic Sr0.8Pb0.1Bi0.1TiO3 (SPBT). This material has a slanted hysteresis loop, all samples show low remnant polarization coercive field, which leads to high efficiency. The maximum is 10.1 μC/cm2, minimum field 0.229 kV/cm, efficiency 94.2%. current waveforms are sinusoidal, first period 140 ns, power density approximately 4.2 × 107 W/kg. speed indicate that SPBT ceramics very promising materials for...
The C≡N stretching vibration is a versatile infrared (IR) reporter that useful for wide range of applications. Aiming to further expand its spectroscopic utility, herein, we show that, using 4-cyanoindole and 4-cyano-7-azaindole as examples, photoexcitation can significantly shift the frequency (νCN) enhance molar extinction coefficient (εCN) this vibrational mode aromatic nitriles these indole derivatives, enhancement factor reach 13. Moreover, find while solvent relaxation at excited...
Previously, several studies have shown that, for a set of structurally related nitrile compounds, there could be linear relationship between the total charge on group (qCN) and its stretching frequency (νCN). However, it is unclear whether corresponding properties different compounds can described by single νCN-qCN relationship. Herein, we compute qCN magnitudes large number nitrile-containing molecules whose νCN values cover spectral range ca. 200 cm-1 are measured under experimental...
We introduce Whistler, a trainable text to speech (TTS) system that automatically learns the model parameters from corpus. Both prosody and concatenative units are derived through use of probabilistic learning methods have been successfully used for recognition. Whistler can produce synthetic sounds very natural resembles acoustic prosodic characteristics original speaker. The underlying technologies in significantly facilitate process creating generic TTS systems new language, voice, or style.

Background Glycolysis and cholesterol synthesis are crucial in cancer metabolic reprogramming. The aim of this study was to identify a glycolysis synthesis-related genes (GCSRGs) signature for effective prognostic assessments osteosarcoma patients. Methods Gene expression data clinical information were obtained from GSE21257 TARGET-OS datasets. Consistent clustering method used the GCSRGs-related subtypes. Univariate Cox regression LASSO analyses construct GCSRGs signature. ssGSEA analyze...
The mechanism by which chronic periodontitis (CP) affects type 2 diabetes (T2DM) remains unclear. Therefore, the aim of this study is to evaluate effects periodontal therapy (PT) on glycemic control and adipokines patients with T2DM CP purpose elucidating possible mechanisms influences T2DM. Forty-four were randomly divided into two groups according whether they underwent PT. Periodontal status, blood glucose, levels serum tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), adiponectin...
ZnO-doped Mg2TiO4–MgTiO3–CaTiO3 microwave dielectric ceramics were successfully prepared by the reaction sintering route. The compact samples consisted of MgTiO3, Mg2TiO4 and CaTiO3, which was confirmed X-ray diffraction energy-dispersive spectra. ZnO efficiently lowered temperature promoted densification, as well improvements in constant quality factor. At level = 1 wt-%, exhibited optimum properties: a 20.3, high factor 64,740 GHz (at 9.9 GHz) near-zero coefficient resonant frequency (–1.3...
