In this paper, a resonant system is demonstrated on silicon-on-insulator wafer to achieve tunable Fano resonances. system, the resonance originates from interference of two beams in microring resonator. The shapes resonances are through controlling phase difference beams. Both large slope and high extinction ratio (ER) obtained when 0.5π or 1.5π. Experimental results show that with steep ER over 20 dB achieved whole free spectral range by microheaters meet condition.
