(1) Background: The heavy workload and understaffed personnel of village doctors is a challenge to the rural healthcare system in China. Previous studies have documented predictors doctors’ burnout; however, little attention has been paid doctors. This study aims investigate prevalence influential factors burnout among (2) Methods: Data was collected by self-administered questionnaire from 1248 who had worked at clinics for more than year. Burnout measured using Maslach Inventory-Human...
Energy security and ecological environmental are some of the most basic important preconditions for national development, compensation is an institutional guarantee construction China’s civilization. The Chinese government has always made it clear that will “step up efforts to protect ecosystem” establish market-based diversified mechanisms. However, existing system mechanism design environment protection been unable meet needs economic social development in new era. On basis psychological...
Abstract Three new iso‐structural ammonium metal formates of [dmpnH 2 ][M (HCOO) 6 ], in which dmpnH 2+ = N , ′‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propylenediammoium and M=divalent Co, Zn Mg ions, are reported. They possess niccolite formate frameworks with long‐shaped cavities for the accommodation cations. The three materials display reversible phase transitions similar mechanism from ordered, antipolar or antiferroelectric, low‐temperature phases space group C 2/ c to disordered, paraelectric, high‐temperature...
We present two layered perovskites of the formula [CH3C(NH2)2]2[M(HCOO)4] (M = Co and Ni). The materials are isostructural crystallize in orthorhombic space group Pccn. structures consist anionic 100-oriented perovskite or square metal-formate layers interlayer [CH3C(NH2)2]+ cations. In each layer octahedral M2+ ions linked by equatorial anti-anti HCOO- bridges further coordinated apical monodentate groups. acetamidinium cations form N-HO H-bonds with to support 3D structure. As directions...
Doxycycline (DOX) is reported to exert therapeutic effects against abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), a severe degenerative disease. In this study, DOX hydrogel formulation of DOX/PECTgel studied, and its phase transition behavior in vitro release profiles are explored. addition, the anti-AAA bioavailability evaluated an elastase induced AAA mouse model. The results show that temperature 30% poly(e-caprolactone-co-1,4,8-trioxa[4.6]spiro-9-undecanone) (PECT) solution above 34 °C. indicate fast...
Nanoliposome is a useful dosage form to increase solubility and absorption of simvastatin (SMV), consequently improves its therapeutic effects. However, in vivo toxicity SMV could also be elevated accompanied by the enhancement, which decisive factor for clinical application nanoliposome (SMV-Lipo), but has not been studied systematically reported so far. In this study, organ SMV-Lipo was evaluated mice presence absence isoproterenol compared those free SMV. Results demonstrated that SMV,...
Naringenin (NGN) can be used to inhibit the progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in mice, but its poor water solubility limits applications. Nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs) have recently attracted much attention field nanodrug delivery systems because they increase drug loading capacity and impressively enhance indissolvable drugs. Herein, a thin-film dispersion method was prepare naringenin-loaded nanostructured (NGN-NLCs). These NGN-NLCs narrow size distribution...
Through in-depth interviews, we analyzed user needs at different stages of scientific research, and constructed a library service model that can be practically integrated into all research stages. This article highlights the subject in use Chinese academic libraries demonstrates how it work to support researchers across life-cycle.
Flash memory is widely used because of its shock-resistance and power-efficient features. However, it cannot replace hard disks as secondary storage devices due to their greater cost per unit low capability. In this paper, we propose an energy efficient heterogeneous system management scheme for mobile systems. We employ flash device a file cache disk extend existing data algorithms distribute files between two with consideration level restrictions. As result, most accesses are conducted in...
Night lighting is essential for urban life, and the occurrence of faults can significantly affect presentation effects. Many reasons cause faults, including damage lamps circuits, typical manifestation that lights do not light up. The current troubleshooting mainly relies on artificial visual inspection, making detecting difficult time-consuming. Therefore, it necessary to introduce technical means detect faults. However, research fault detection focuses using non-visual methods such as...
The University of California, Irvine (UCI) Libraries has begun a pilot project exploring the use Encoded Archival Context-Corporate Bodies, Persons, and Families (EAC-CPF) linked open data to expose contextual information about holdings in UCI's Critical Theory Archive (CTA). team identified number goals emphasizing public service, sustainability, scalable experimentation. This work-in-progress article reports pilot's background, scope, status through July 2014, future plans.
To address the challenge of minimizing risk irrational investment decisions made by investors in face wealth fluctuations, this article incorporates prospect theory and disappointment into framework multi-objective portfolio selection. The proposed selection model aims to balance return simultaneously maximizing expected total utility. utility objective drives chase returns, while avoid risk. effectiveness is tested comparing it three control models.
