Background: The cortical vessel signs (CVSs) on susceptibility-weighted images (SWIs) have been reported in patients with hyperacute ischemic stroke. We evaluated the change of this susceptibility sign immediate SWI after full recanalization and its clinical implications. Methods: Nineteen stroke who had acute large artery occlusion underwent post-recanalization were enrolled study. Heart failure (HF), particularly acute decompensated heart (ADHF), remains a significant health challenge, with limited long‐term therapeutic options to alleviate congestion and improve cardiac function. Pharmacological treatments focus on reducing congestion, but many patients are discharged persistent symptoms, leading poor outcomes. Current device‐based solutions, such as balloon catheters, offer some relief from fluid overload require hospitalization, driveline, direct blood contact,...

Objective Prognosis of myocardial infarction tends to be worse when serum C-reactive protein (CRP) level is high. miRNAs are also known involved in different pathogeneses heart diseases such as infarction. However, how CRP has not been fully elucidated. We hypothesized that changes the miRNA profile during ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) myocardium. To confirm this hypothesis, we performed global expression profiling myocardium using IRI and infusion rat model. Methods After ligation...

Early reocclusion is a major concern associated with poor clinical outcomes in patients an ischemic cerebral stroke. This occurs most frequently partial initial recanalization. study focuses on recanalization stagnant antegrade flow after intravenous (IV) tPA or spontaneously, treated the administration of intra-arterial (IA) tirofiban. Three M1 occlusion diagnostic studies had occluded segment that was recanalized IV spontaneously. In all cases, IA tirofiban administrated. We evaluated...

Objective The molecular mechanisms of the degeneration aortic wall in abdominal aneurysm (AAA) are poorly understood. monomeric form C-reactive protein (mCRP) is deposited damaged cardiovascular organs and aggravates prognosis; however, it unknown whether mCRP degenerated aorta (AAA). We investigated AAA examined associated pathogenic signaling pathways. Methods Twenty-four cases were analyzed their histological features compared according to level serum CRP degree deposition. ABSTRACT Background Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is a potentially lethal condition that often remains asymptomatic until it ruptures. Recent research suggests immune-inflammatory processes are associated with AAA development, yet the exact mechanisms remain unclear. Serum C-reactive protein (CRP) serves as prognostic marker for and various cardiovascular diseases. When CRP accumulates in damaged tissues, transforms into monomeric form, exacerbating tissue damage. Our previous study...
