Abstract Rapid urbanization, medication, and modern dietary patterns are the main challenges leading to impaired fertility, with a lack of effective therapies. Emerging evidence suggests that reproductive disorders may be closely associated intestinal damage or occasionally worsen by side effects medications. Therefore, development supplements as alternatives is crucial for intestinal‐linked health. Milk dairy products essential in nutrition great potential functional ingredients....

We report the whole-genome sequence of a promising human probiotic, Bacillus coagulans BC01, isolated from thick broad-bean sauce. B. BC01 is widely used in China, where it considered treatment for diarrhea, constipation, and allergies an immunity booster. The complete genome will help future research to provide more molecular information about its features safety.

Ddb1-cullin4-associated-factor 1 (DCAF1) is known to regulate protein ubiquitination, while the roles of DCAF1 in osteomyelitis remain unknown. This study aims investigate effects deficiency macrophages on and elucidate molecular mechanism.Staphylococcus aureus-induced mouse model was established DCAF1fl/flLyz2cre/+ DCAF1fl/flLyz2+/+ (control) mice. Flow cytometry conducted analyze populations adaptive innate immune cells. Lipopolysaccharides (LPS)-induced bone marrow-derived (BMDMs) were...

Osteomyelitis is the infection and destruction of bone. To date, there no universal protocol for its treatment. Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 2 (RIPK2) has been implicated in osteomyelitis development. However, detailed mechanism remains unknown. Here, 6-8w wild-type or Pellino E3 Ubiquitin Protein Ligase Family Member 3 (Peli3)-deficient mice were injected with Staphylococcus aureus to induce osteomyelitis. RAW264.7 cells bone marrow-derived macrophages isolated from...
