Herein, we report the synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) by a green route using aqueous leaf extract Morus indica L. V1. The synthesized AgNPs exhibited maximum UV-Vis absorbance at 460 nm due to surface plasmon resonance. average diameter (~54 nm) was measured from HR-TEM analysis. EDX spectra also supported formation AgNPs, and negative zeta potential value (-14 mV) suggested its stability. Moreover, shift in carbonyl stretching (from 1639 cm-1 1630 cm-1) noted FT-IR after which...

Metabolites control immune cell functions, and delivery of these metabolites in a sustained manner may be able to modulate function the cells. In this study, alpha-ketoglutarate (aKG) diol based polymeric-microparticles (termed paKG MPs) were synthesized provide release aKG promote an immunosuppressive cellular phenotype. Notably, after association with dendritic cells (DCs), MPs modulated intracellular metabolic-profile/pathways, decreased glycolysis mitochondrial respiration vitro. These...

Abstract Purulia is a malaria-prone district in West Bengal, India, with approximately half of the blocks defined as malaria endemic. We analyzed case each block from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2020. As per API, 20 were assigned four different categories (0–3) and mapped using ArcGIS software. An exponential decay model was fitted forecast trend cases for (2021–2025). There sharp decrease total API 2016 2020 due mass distribution LLINs. The majority (72.63%) found ≥ 15-year age group....

Modern radiation therapy workflow involves complex processes intended to maximize the dose delivered tumors while simultaneously minimizing excess normal tissues. Safe and accurate delivery of doses is critical successful execution these treatment plans effective outcomes. Given extensive differences in existing dosimeters, choice devices technologies for detecting biologically relevant has be made judiciously, taking into account anatomical considerations modality (invasive, e.g.,...

Abstract The effects of elevated levels radiation contribute to the instability pharmaceutical formulations in space compared those on earth. Existing technologies are ineffective at maintaining therapeutic efficacies drugs space. Thus, there is an urgent need develop novel space-hardy for preserving stability and efficacy drug formulations. This work aims a approach protection molecules from radiation-induced damage help extend or least preserve their structural integrity potency. To...
