We proposed two approaches to compute Mann-Whitney parameter based initial dissimilarities for the Ensemble Algorithm Clustering Cancer Data (EACCD). These are nonparametric and produce robust prognostic systems. For the problem of spectrum correction in phase difference method, a weighed method starting from secondary largest value is presented this paper.
