A series of novel 3-substituted amino-4-hydroxycoumarin derivatives have been designed and synthesized as chitin synthase (CHS) inhibitors. This paper presents a simulation study of the impact energy straggle on proton-induced single event upset (SEU) test in commercial 65-nm static random access memory cell. The results indicate that SEU cross sections for low protons are significantly underestimated due to use degraders test. In contrast, using high proton may cause overestimation sections. confirmed by experimental data and section needs be taken into account when conducting nanodevice degraders.
