Cerebral fat embolism is a rare cause of stroke and therefore an overlooked diagnosis. Often it seen as consequence major bone fractures or after arthroplasty, can lead to respiratory circulatory collapse. We present case patient with history paraplegia thoracic spinal cord injury that developed cerebral following bilateral femur fracture.
