In this paper, we present a real-time GPS software receiver design and implementation with 12 channels using correlator. A special equal-length CA code correlation method is introduced to increase the performance of signal processing efficiency. The result tested by real data MHz sampling under Pentium/AMD CPU, more simulation test done in DSP development platform. By comparison other correlator, new scheme only use 1/2 memory can procedure 20% speed improvement, 1/3 power lost.
