Predicting tumor responses to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) is critical for evaluating prognosis and designing treatment strategies patients with breast cancer; however, there are no reliable biomarkers that can effectively assess responses. Therefore, we aimed evaluate the clinical feasibility of using extracellular vesicles (EVs) predict response after NAC.
The aim of this study was to quantitatively characterize 19 green and roasted coffee beans by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with diode array detector quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry. A total 57 phenolic acids including nine methyl ester mono-, di-caffeoylquinic acid, feruloylquinic acid were identified. hydroxycinnamoyl quinates are reported for the first time from Coffea arabica robusta. content ranged 5628 ± 227 8581 109 mg/100 g dry weight (DW) in green, 791...
Most previous studies have been focused on isoflavone profile with biological activities from soybean seed and its related products. However, in the present study, eighty-three flavonoid derivatives (55 flavonols, 9 flavones 19 isoflavones) were comprehensively identified quantified young leaves of 21 core-collected cultivars based ultra-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector quadrupole time flight/mass spectrometry (UPLC-DAD-QToF/MS). Among total flavonoids (SLs), abundant...
Platycodon grandiflorum (PG) is known as a high-potential material in terms of its biological activity. The objective this report to provide chromatographic and mass fragment ion data 38 simultaneously identified saponins, including novel compounds, by analyzing them through ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight spectrometry (UPLC-QToF/MS). In so doing, we investigated their diverse conditions, morphological parts (stems, roots, buds, leaves), peeling...
In this study, thirty-eight isoflavone derivatives were comprehensively identified and quantified from the raw, steamed fermented seeds of four selected soybean cultivars based on UPLC-DAD-QToF/MS results with reference to previously reported LC-MS library flavonoid database, summarized by acylated group including glucosides (Glu), malonyl-glucosides (Mal-Glu), acetyl-glucosides (Ac-Glu), succinyl-glucosides (Suc-Glu) phosphorylated conjugates (Phos) in addition aglycones. Among them,...
The functionality of soybeans is an important factor in the selection and utilization excellent soybean cultivars, isoflavones are representative functional substances soybeans, which exhibit effects on antioxidants, estrogen activity, cancer, prevent cardiovascular diseases. This study analyzed ABTS, DPPH, estrogen, ER (ER) alpha, UCP-1, NO inhibition activities 48 types as well relationship with 19 isolated individual isoflavone derivatives. Statistical analysis was conducted to find...

This study conducted an accurate analysis of isoflavone derivatives, including succinylglucosides, which are identified from fermented soybean products using high-resolution mass spectrometry (UPLC-DAD-QTOF/MS).A total thirty-six components were isolated and seeds (raw steamed) commercial (cheonggukjang, cheonggukjang powder, natto).Among them, ten novel compounds tentatively for the first time (5 daidzein-and 5 genistein derivatives). In particular, eight succinylglucosides newly generated...
The aim of this study was to analyze the physiological activity 48 soybean resources harvested in 2020 identify resources' relationships with individual isoflavone compounds and their genetic properties. These data will subsequently be compared research results on soybeans 2019. Initially, respect (6 types) substances (19 types), evaluated differences between cultivation year (two years), seed coat color (three colors), interaction through ANOVA. Among activities, there were estrogen,...
Oat saponins are composed of triterpenoid and steroidal saponins, their potential biological activities, such as antibacterial, antifungicidal, osteogenic, anticancer have been reported. In this study, qualitative quantitative analyses oat were conducted by using UPLC-QToF-MS UPLC-Triple Q-MS/MS. A total 22 analyzed in seven Korean cultivars. Among them, 7 identified new compounds source, which tentatively confirmed nuatigenin-type with 26-O-diglucoside 3-O-malonylglucoside forms...
