In this study, an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was established to detect formoterol (FMT) residue in pork and urine samples.
Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was applied to predict optimum conditions for extraction of flavonoids from shaddock peel. A central composite design involving extracting temperature, time and ethanol concentration used second-order model ratio flavonoid employed generate the response surface. The optimized condition as follows: temperature 70°C, 127.2 min 92.16%. predicted at 81.4216%. Experimental verification gave value 80.35%.
