This paper proposes a method which combines Sobel edge detection operator and soft-threshold wavelet de-noising to do on images include White Gaussian noises. In recent years, lot of methods are proposed. The commonly used combine mean or median filtering can not remove salt pepper noise very well. this paper, we firstly use noise, then the image. is mainly includes Through pictures obtained by experiment, see clearly that, compared traditional methods, proposed in has more obvious effect detection.

The complexity of repairing large segment defects and eradicating residual tumor cell puts the osteosarcoma clinical management challenging. Current biomaterial design often overlooks crucial role precisely regulating innervation in bone regeneration. Here, we develop a Germanium Selenium (GeSe) co-doped polylactic acid (PLA) nanofiber membrane-coated tricalcium phosphate bioceramic scaffold (TCP-PLA/GeSe) that mimics bone-periosteum structure. This biomimetic offers dual functionality,...

A liquid being ejected from a nozzle emanates it as discrete, uniformly sized drops when the flow rate is sufficiently low. In this paper, an experimental study presented of dynamics viscous drop that formed directly at tip vertical tube into ambient air. The evolution in time shape and volume monitored with resolution 1/12 to 1 ms. Following detachment previous drop, profile new growing first changes spherical pear-shaped. As advances, throat pear-shaped takes on appearance thread connects...

A novel Ebola virus (EBOV) first identified in March 2014 has infected more than 25,000 people West Africa, resulting 10,000 deaths. Preliminary analyses of genome sequences 81 EBOV collected from to June Guinea and Sierra Leone suggest that the originated an independent transmission event its natural reservoir followed by sustained human-to-human infections. It been reported variation might have effect on efficacy sequence-based detection candidate therapeutics. However, only limited viral...

We proposed a new circular photonic crystal fiber (C-PCF), which can support 14 orbital angular momentum (OAM) modes transmission, with the good features of wide bandwidth, low confinement loss, and all OAM at same size. At 1.55 μm, designed C-PCF has very loss 3.434 × 10 -9 dB/m for HE41 mode relatively nonlinear coefficient 3.979 W xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">-1 km EH...

Dissipative nonlinear wave dynamics have been investigated extensively in mode-locked lasers with single transverse-mode, whereas there are few studies related to three-dimensional within lasers. Recently, spatiotemporal mode-locking (STML) was proposed small modal (i.e., transverse-mode) dispersion, which has considered be critical for achieving STML those cavities because the dispersion can easily balanced. Here, we demonstrate that also achieved multimode much larger where find...

Soil salinization is a significant threat to agricultural production, making accurate salinity prediction essential. This study addresses key challenges in the Yellow River Delta (YRD) soil inversion, including (1) determining which Landsat 8 OLI level performs better, (2) identifying most suitable month for and (3) improving model performance important variables modeling. Thus images (Level-1 Level-2) 12 months were collected, then having less than 10% cloud cover selected processed extract...

In this paper, we highlight that it is inadequate to describe the rotation of state polarization (RSOP) in a fiber channel with 2-parameter description model, which was mostly used literature. This model may result problems demultiplexing (PolDemux) because RSOP actually 3-parameter issue will influence (SOP) optical signal propagating and different from SOP itself. Wavelength-tunable vortex fiber lasers that could generate beams carrying orbital angular momentum (OAM) hold great attention in large-capacity optical communications. The wavelength tunability of conventional is, however, limited by a range ∼35 nm due to narrow bandwidth and/or insertion loss mode conversion components. Optical metasurfaces apart from being compact planar components can flexibly manipulate light with high efficiency broad range. Here, we propose and demonstrate for the...

Dysregulation of a genomic imprinting gene can contribute to carcinogenesis. Here, delta-like 1 homolog ( Drosophila ) (DLK1), paternally expressed gene, was found be significantly up-regulated in 60 (73.2%) total 82 hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) specimens using reverse transcription–polymerase chain reaction. In addition, immunohistochemistry staining performed another 88 HCC specimens, which 50 (56.8%) cancerous tissues were considered as positive. The expression DLK1 obviously induced...
