Although anti-PD-1 immunotherapy is widely used to treat melanoma, its efficacy still has be improved. In this work, we present a therapeutic method that combines and starvation therapy achieve better antitumor efficacy. We designed the CMSN-GOx method, in which mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN) are loaded with glucose oxidase (GOx) then encapsulate surfaces of cancer cell membranes realize therapy. By functionalizing MSN's biomimetic surfaces, can synthesize escape host immune system...
Filtration of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in peripheral blood is proven importance for early cancer diagnosis, treatment monitoring, metastasis and prognostic evaluation.
In the field of oxide semiconductor thin-film transistors (TFTs), occurrence charge trapping in gate dielectric and interfaces presents significant challenges to their operational stability reliability. this study, we present high-performing amorphous Ga2O3 TFTs created using atomic layer deposition with varying indium doping concentrations. The channel length (Lch) width (Wch) are 50 200 μm, respectively. As Indium concentration increases from 0% 60%, trap density (Nit) decreases, resulting...
Capturing circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from peripheral blood for subsequent analyses has shown potential in precision medicine cancer patients.
Developing highly active oxygen evolution reaction (OER) electrocatalysts is crucial and desirable to improve the efficiency of water electrolysis for H2 fuel generation. In this work, hierarchical MoO42– intercalating α-Co(OH)2 nanosheet assemblies were synthesized from readily available metal source 2-methylimidazole as alkaline reagent by green fast coprecipitation. The ultrathin α-Co(OH)2-MoO4(25) nanosheets possess a lateral size about 40–100 nm thickness 2.5 4.6 (3 6 layers). Triggered...
The precise diagnosis of cancer remains a great challenge; therefore, it is our research interest to develop safe, tumor-specific reagents. In this study, we designed nanovesicles derived from erythrocyte membranes; the are capable recognizing tumor cells for both circulating cell (CTC) capture and imaging. tumor-targeting molecules folic acid (FA) fluorescein Cy5 were modified on nanovesicle surface. developed exhibit excellent targeting ability in vitro vivo CTC Compared with traditional...
Nickel oxide (NiO) films were prepared on ITO-coated glass substrates by atomic layer deposition at different temperatures. NiO exhibit good anodic electrochromic properties because of their polycrystalline structures. The optical modulation observed 550 nm was around 44%, changing color from transparent to black. largest coloration efficiency calculated be 31.7 cm2/C.
Ferroelectricity of Hf 0.5 Zr O xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2 thin films prepared by plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD) with and without TiN electrodes was demonstrated. Excellent ferroelectricity confirmed both polarization versus voltage ( <inline-formula xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"> <tex-math notation="LaTeX">${P}$...
Foldable electrochromic NiO films were achieved through plasma enhanced e-beam evaporation on indium-doped tin oxide coated polyethylene naphthalate two formic acid glycol ester substrates. These displayed fast coloration and bleaching times of 3.3 0.5 s, respectively, highly transparent in the visible region. The properties evaluated using cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, spectrophotometry an aqueous alkaline electrolyte 0.1 M KOH. exhibited a efficiency 23.1 cm2/C at 550 nm....
In the present work, impact of purge time on performance TFTs was systematically investigated because both ZnO channel layers and Al 2 O 3 insulators were deposited using deionized water (H O) as oxidant at low temperature. Compared with thin films (short time), (long time) exhibit larger dielectric constant breakdown voltage. With increase time, concentrations oxygen vacancy impurities in decrease, which is beneficial to improve device stability. A small hysteresis window 0.39 V better...
