As the network communications technology developing, a new type of networks has appeared in daily life which is named underwater sensor (UWSNs). UWSNs are class emerging that experience variable and high propagation delays limited available bandwidth. There comprehensive applications this area such as oceanographic data collection, pollution monitoring, offshore exploration, assisted navigation so on. Due to different environment under ocean, routing protocols should be re-designed fit for...

Cloud storage is now a hot research topic in information technology. In cloud storage, date security properties such as data confidentiality, integrity and availability become more important many commercial applications. Recently, provable possession (PDP) schemes are proposed to protect integrity. some cases, it has delegate the remote checking task proxy. However, these PDP not secure since proxy stores state servers. Hence, this paper, we propose an efficient mutual verifiable scheme,...

For the first time, we have successfully fabricated gate-all-around twin silicon nanowire transistor (TSNWFET) on bulk Si wafer using self-aligned damascene-gate process. With 10nm diameter nanowire, saturation currents through nanowires of 2.64 mA/mum, 1.11 mA/mum for n-channel TSNWFET and p-channel are obtained, respectively. No roll-off threshold voltages, ~70 mV/dec. substhreshold swing (SS), ~20 mV/V drain induced barrier lowering(DIBL) down to 30 nm gate length observed both n-ch p-ch TSNWFETs

Somatic cells can be reprogrammed into induced pluripotent stem (iPSCs) by transduction of reprogramming factors, including Oct4, Sox2, Klf4, and c-Myc. A coordinated network these factors was suggested to confer a pluripotency iPSCs. Together with Sox2 plays major role as master regulator in ESCs. However, the underlying mechanisms which contributes self-renewal or processes remain determined. Here, we provide new evidence for phosphorylation-based regulation activity. Akt directly...

During the metastatic phase, cancer cells require dissolution of cadherin-mediated cell-cell adhesion and a dramatic re-organization cytoskeleton through epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), thereby acquiring migratory invasive capabilities. In most tumors, EMT is accompanied by hypoxia. However, intracellular signaling molecule that mediates hypoxia-induced remained overlooked. By utilizing microarray database system Cancer Genome Atlas, we identified ubiquitin-specific protease 47...
