전 지구적으로 발생하고 있는 잦은 기상이변과 기후변화의 가속화로 자연재해 발생빈도 및 피해규모는 증가하고 있다. 이러한 기상이변은 우리나라 또한 예외가 아니며 최근 한반도에서 발생한 적설로 인하여 많은 인명과 재산피해가 본 연구에서는 기상청에서 제공하는 KMA-RegCM3 모형과 기후변화 시나리오를 바탕으로 관측 미래의 기온과 강수량를 이용하여 적설량을 산정하였다. 대표 기상관측소 18개 대상지점의 목표기간별(목표기간 I: 1971~2010년, 목표기간 II: 2011~2040년, III: 2041~2070년, IV: 2071~2100년) 일 토대로 빈도별(50년, 80년, 100년, 200년) 확률적설량을 미래 적설량 예측은 기상인자들의 복잡한 비선형 조합으로 발생하기 때문에 적설량에 영향을 미치는 강수량의 과정들을 고려할 수 신경망 모형을 예측 구성하였다. 기후변화에 따른 확률적설량의 평균 증감률은 I을 기준으로 약 6~18%정도 감소하며, II, III, IV로...

적설량은 기상변수들의 복잡한 비선형 조합으로 발생하기 때문에 적설량에 영향을 미치는 온도, 강수량, 적설량의 과정들을 고려할 수 있는 신경망 모형과 통계적 기법인 다중회귀 모형을 이용하여 적설량 예측 구성하였다. 관측시점부터 1999년까지의 관측된 기온, 적설량을 지점별로 예측모형을 구성하였고, 2000년부터 2011년까지의 지점별 강수량을 통해 산정과 관측 자료와의 통계분석을 실시하였으며, 이 중 상관계수와 수정결정계수가 높은 채택하였다. 채택된 모형의 상관계수는 0.700~0.949로 매우 관계를 나타냈으며, 수정결정계수는 41.7%~89.8%로 총 변동을 설명하였다. 대부분의 지점에서 적용성이 우수한 것으로 나타났으나, 학습기간에서 관측자료의 부족, 예측기간 학습되지 않은 극값의 발생 등에 의해 울진, 대전, 부산, 목포의 경우 보다 더 높게 산정되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 기온 및 이용한 예측이 가능함을 확인하였으며, 기상자료의 비선형과정을 적용하는 것이 기존의 예측보다...

본 연구에서는 자연생태계가 잘 발달되어 있는 남한강의 비내섬 습지에 대해 유황분석을 실시하였고, 그 결과를 토대로 HEC-RAS 모형과 RAS Mapper를 이용하여 침수심을 산정하였다. 이를 통해 침수심에 영향을 많이 받는 식물의 서식환경을 분석하였다. 버드나무 군락은 침수가 발생하지 않는 지역부터 0.8 m까지 침수심이 발생하는 지역, 물억새군락은 0.4 m의 쑥-망초군락과 달뿌리풀군락은 0~0.4 그리고 환삼덩굴군락은 0~0.8 지역에서 서식하는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구는 유황에 따른 대한 식생서식환경을 분석한 식생을 고려한 인공습지 조성이나 하천설계에 있어 기초적인 자료가 될 기대되며, 보다 더 정확한 연구를 위해서는 식생의 장기모니터링을 통한 D/B 축적 및 효과적인 수위-식생 연계분석 방법론 개발에 연구가 필요할 판단된다.
