The recent progress in photonic nanomaterials has contributed greatly to the development of photomedicines. However, finite depth light penetration is still a serious limitation, constraining their clinical applications. Here, we developed poly(allylamine) (PAAm)-modified upconversion nanoparticle/hyaluronate–rose bengal (UCNP/PAAm/HA-RB) conjugate complex for photochemical bonding deep tissue with near-infrared (NIR) illumination. Compared conventional invasive treatment via suturing and...

Noninvasive real-time biosensors to measure glucose levels in the body fluids have been widely investigated for continuous monitoring of diabetic patients. However, they suffered from low sensitivity and reproducibility due instability nanomaterials used biosensors. Here, we developed a hyaluronate–gold nanoparticle/glucose oxidase (HA–AuNP/GOx) complex an ultralow-power application-specific integrated circuit chip noninvasive robust wireless patch-type sensors. The HA–AuNP/GOx was prepared...

Abstract Among various 2D nanomaterials, molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ) exhibits unique visible photoluminescence with high absorption at the near‐infrared (NIR) range. Despite these optical properties, efforts to use MoS nanomaterials for imaging and photothermal therapy are hampered by their instability low intracellular delivery efficiency. Multifunctional conjugated hyaluronate (HA) cancer theranosis is reported herein. HA facilitates of tumor cells HA‐receptor mediated endocytosis. In...

Abstract The development of intrinsically multicolor‐emitting carbon nanodots (CNDs) has been one the great challenges for their various fields applications. Here, controlled electronic structure engineering CNDs is performed to emit two distinct colors via facile surface modification with 4‐octyloxyaniline. so‐called dual‐color‐emitting (DC‐CNDs) can be stably encapsulated within poly(styrene‐ co ‐maleic anhydride) (PSMA). prepared water‐soluble DC‐CNDs@PSMA successfully applied in vitro...

With biocompatibility, biodegradability, and high functionality, silica nanoparticles (SNPs) have been widely investigated for various biomedical applications. However, lack of optical fluorescence has limited the application SNPs as a degradable imaging agent. Here, we hydrothermally synthesized fluorescent by artificially generating optically active defect centers using tetraethyl orthosilicate (3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane. The demonstrated strong blue photoluminescence originating from...

Initial readiness of EUV (extreme ultraviolet) patterning was demonstrated in 2016 with IBM Alliance's 7nm device technology. The focus has now shifted to driving the 'effective' k1 factor and enabling second generation patterning. With substantial cost exposure there is significant interest extending capability do single EUV. To enable this, emphasis must be placed on aspect ratios, adhesion, defectivity reduction, etch selectivity, imaging control whole process. Innovations resist...
