Gallbladder carcinoma is characterized by poor prognosis. It spreads direct, lymphatic, vascular, neural, intraperitoneal, and intraductal routes. Proteus syndrome is an extremely rare genetic disorder characterized by asymmetrical overgrowth of skin, bones, muscles, fatty tissues, and blood lymphatic vessels. We present a case six-year-old boy with proteus who underwent bone scintigraphy for suspected osteomyelitis. Bone ruled out osteomyelitis suggested cellulitis.
