Fragestellung: Die diabetische Neuro-Osteoarthropathie (DNOAP) stellt eine Sonderform des diabetischen Fußsyndroms dar, die mit einer erhöhten Mortalität sowie schwerwiegenden Fußdeformitäten einhergeht. Verlauf und Outcome solcher Patienten im Bezug auf Ulcera, Amputationen andere Komplikationen sind bisher nur unzureichend untersucht.
Einleitung: Die Lebensqualität von Menschen mit Typ 1 Diabetes ist durch die dauerhafte Belastung der Erkrankung, Komorbidität und Umfeldfaktoren häufig negativ beeinflusst. Zwischen klinisch objektivierbarem Behandlungserfolg subjektiv empfundener besteht oft eine Diskrepanz. Daraus resultieren überproportional Depression Angststörungen, sich auf weitere Behandlung auswirken. Ziel dieser Arbeit war Untersuchung bei Patienten Langzeit in Bezug Insulintherapie, sportliche Aktivität Eisenstatus.
