Sparse code multiple access (SCMA) is a code-domain non-orthogonal (NOMA) technology proposed to meet the needs of large-scale intelligent terminal devices with high spectrum utilization. To improve accuracy and computational complexity SCMA accommodate internet things (IoT) scenario, we design new end-to-end autoencoder combining convolutional neural networks (CNNs) residual networks. A network multitask learning improves decoding accuracy, CNN units are used for codeword mapping, sparse...

Data gathering is an attractive operation for obtaining information in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). But one of important challenges to minimize energy consumption networks. In this paper, integration distributed compressive sensing (CS) and virtual multi-input multi-output (vMIMO) WSNs proposed significantly decrease the data cost. The scheme first constructs a compression model based on low density parity check-like (LDPC-like) codes. Then cluster-based dynamic MIMO transmission...

The belief propagation (BP) algorithm under the Bayesian framework can accelerate Compressed Sensing (CS) encoding and decoding by using sparse encoder matrix. To improve reconstruction performance we consider a backtracking-based (CS-BBP) for signal reconstruction. backtracking is added after performing BP minimum mean square error (MMSE) estimate in every iteration. Simulation results show that CS-BBP universal which has good both 1-D Gaussian 2-D image reconstructions.
