In this paper compartmental systems are modeled by a class of linearly parameterized matrix pairs and the controllability characteristics expressed in terms graph. 〔目的〕脳卒中片麻痺患者を対象に開放性運動連鎖としての膝伸展筋力と閉鎖性運動連鎖としての脚伸展筋力のどちらが移動能力との関連が強いかを検討した．〔対象〕脳卒中片麻痺患者23例とした．〔方法〕膝伸展筋力の評価にはHand Held Dynamometerを，脚伸展筋力の評価には市販体重計を用い，移動能力の評価にはFunctional Independence Measureの移乗，歩行および階段昇降の3項目の合計点を使用した．〔結果〕脚伸展筋力と移動能力間の相関係数は膝伸展筋力と移動能力間の相関関係よりも有意に高かった．〔結語〕脳卒中片麻痺患者の麻痺側下肢筋力評価には膝伸展筋力評価よりも脚伸展筋力評価の方が有用であると考えられた．

本研究の目的は亜急性期大腿骨近位部骨折例を対象としてリハビリ実施単位数増加の効果を明らかにすることである。 2010年11月～2012年3月の間に亜急性期病床入床となった大腿骨近位部骨折例95例のうち,合併症により転科となった5例を除く90例を対象とした。90例をリハビリ実施単位数増加前にリハビリを施行した22例 (前期群) と増加後にリハビリを施行した68例 (後期群) に分類した。これら2群間におけるリハビリ実施単位数,在院期間,退院時FIM,FIM効率,退院先といったアウトカムを比較した。 全例を対象とした比較では実施単位数は有意に増加したものの (p⁢0.001),在院期間,退院時FIM,FIM効率,退院先に有意な差を認めなかった。受傷前の障害老人の日常生活自立度別の比較ではランクA群で (p<0.05),入床時の認知症老人の日常生活自立度別の比較ではランクⅠ群で (p<0.05),前期群に比較して後期群のFIM効率が有意に高値であった。...
