Visceral adipose tissue predicts an unfavorable cardiovascular and metabolic risk profile in humans. Existing methods to assess visceral have been limited. Ingestion of foreign bodies in neonates is very rare and can be life threatening. We describe a 20 days old neonate presented with vomiting, drooling saliva poor feeding tolerance.
