Magnetic anisotropy of Co40Fe40B20 thin films sandwiched between Ta and MgO layers was investigated. properties CoFeB deposited on top bottom layer are different. The thickness the annealing temperature critical parameters to achieve keep perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. phase diagram anisotropic strength temperatures thicknesses is observed. According diagrams, CoFeB/MgO/CoFeB tunnel junctions were fabricated, tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) ratio higher than 30% at low temperatures.

We have successfully manipulated the electronic properties of FeSe thin flakes based on a field-effect transistor with solid proton conductor as gate dielectric.
