본 연구에서는 쌀 섭취의 중요성에 착안하여 건강 기능성 쌀로 개발된 특수미의 항산화 활성과 성분을 분석하고 항산화력과 성분 간의 상관성을 비교·분석하고자 하였다. 특수미 시료 중 흑미의 polyphenol, vitamin E, phytic acid, anthocyanin 함량은 각각 444.38, 0.79, 130.92, 146.90 ㎎/100 g으로 E를 제외하고 다른 특수미에 비해 가장 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 또한 흑미 methanol 추출물의 총 항산화력(697.27 AEAC), 환원력(2.32 A700), 지질과산화 억제력(84.18%), 금속이온 제거능(38.47%), xatnhine oxidase 억제활성(66.52%)은 금속이온제거능을 시료에 활성을 성분과 활성간의 상관분석 결과 polyphenol 함량이 높을수록 항산화력(R2=9921), 환원력(R²=9856) xanthine 억제 활성(R2=8032)이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 흑미와 더불어 적색미도...

본 연구에서는 흑미 두 품종(흑진주벼와 흑광벼)의 도정 분획별 메탄올 추출물의 항산화 성분과 활성을 비교ㆍ분석하고자 하였다. 흑미의 성분으로 polyphenolic, flavonoid, anthocyanin과 γ-oryzanol, tocopherol 및 tocotrienol 함량을 측정하였으며 활성은 DPPH와 ABTS radical 제거능을 측정하였다. 각 추출물에서 rice bran 층에서 약 15.3~15.5%의 가장 높은 수율을 보였으며 endosperm 0.9~1.1%의 낮은 보였다. 실험결과 bran의 endosperm, whole grain의 추출물보다 함량의 성분이 분포함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 이러한 다량 분포하는 우수한 항산화력을 측정할 품종 간에는 흑진주벼의 층의 흑광벼보다 나타내었다. 연구결과 bran은 기능성식품의 활용가능성이 높을 것으로 예상된다.

본 연구에서는 고추잎 추출물에 대한 항산화 활성과 암세포 증식억제 활성을 분석하고 각 따른 차이를 비교?분석하고자 하였다. 추출물의 항산화력은 ABTS와 DPPH 라디칼 제거능, 환원력 및 금속이온 제거능을 이용하여 평가하였으며 증식 억제능은 유방암, 대장암 위암 세포주를 이용하였다. 추출물 중 70% acetone 경우 polyphenol 함량(56.6 ㎎ GAE/g residue)과 총 항산화력(450.8 mM TEAC/g residue), 제거능(230.3 환원력(0.5 A700) 측정에서 모두 가장 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 또한 증식억제활성 측정 결과 대장암세포(HCT116)에서는 추출물이 1 ㎎/mL의 농도에서 96.2%의 나타냈고 유방암세포(MCF7)에서는 methanol 78.4%의 나타냈으며, 위암세포(MKN45)에서는 water 89.7%의 연구결과는 점차 관심이 높아지고 있는 천연 항산화?항암제로서의 고추잎에 활성연구에 있어 기초자료가 될 것으로 예상되며,...

국가 장기 생태 연구를 위해 구축된 서울 남산의 영구 방형구에서 소나무림의 종 조성, 주요 종의 공간분포, 직경 및 수고 계급 빈도 분포,그리고 다양성이 분석되었다. 수집된 자료는 도심의 다른 지역(인왕산 홍릉),도시 외곽 지역(아차산, 북한산, 불암산, 청계산, 대모산 수락산) 자연 지역(설악산, 속리산 월악산)의 자료와 비교하여 남산 특징을 밝혔다. 소나무림은 지역의 소나무림과 유사한 조성을 나타내었다. 그러나 도시 외곽의 것과는 약간의 차이를 보였고, 큰 보였다. 소나무림이 보여준 그러한 차이는 대체로 그곳에서 높은 식피율을 나타낸 때죽나무, 팥배나무, 주름조개풀, 가중나무, 서양등골나물 등에 기인하였다. 수종의 분포를 분석하여 예측한 결과, 때죽나무 숲으로 천이될 가능성을 이러한 대체 수종은 아교목일 뿐만 아니라 비내음성 종으로서 천이 경향은 퇴행 천이로 해석될 수 있었다. 소나무림들은 각각 토지 극상으로서 그 자체가 유지되거나 참나무 보여 지역과 다양성은 것보다...
