Within the one boson exchange model, $Δ$-mass dependent M-matrix and its influence on calculation of $NΔ\to NN$ cross sections are investigated. Our calculations show that $m_Δ$ dependence $|\textbf{p}_{NΔ}|$ $|\mathcal{M}|^2$ has effects $σ_{NΔ\to NN}$, especially around threshold energy.
