Для достижения стабилизации глаукомного процесса у больных первичной открытоугольной глаукомой важно проводить патогенетически ориентированное лечение: снижение внутриглазного давления до индивидуально переносимого уровня или «давления цели», уменьшение ишемии в структурах глаза, коррекция нарушенного метаболизма, использование цито- и нейропротекторов, лечение сопутствующих заболеваний [1]. The results prospective study of accommodation in 114 patients with hyperopia (114 eyes) before and after FemtoLASIK were analyzed. According to the data a FemtoLASIK, diagnosed false myopization syndrome 42,1 % cases, which was caused by disorders pre-op. following revealed pre-op: habitually excessive stress (HEAS) - 22,8 %, weakness 38,6 HEAS combination 24,6 %. A significant improvement noted FemtoLASIK: detected only 4.8% cases weak 9,5% decrease severity asthenopia.
