Congenital renal anomalies are common imaging findings and can often be detected antenatally. In some cases, these may go undetected present in adulthood. We report a very rare case of unilateral agenesis 22-year-old male associated with an ipsilateral dilated blind-ended ureter that ectopically inserted into the seminal vesicle. This unique combination developmental lead to variety clinical presentations requires careful monitoring management.

Cases of isolated spontaneous celiac trunk dissections have been appearing in the literature more recently with increased availability high-resolution computerized tomography angiograms. We report a unique case this entity. A 48-year-old woman presented acute abdominal pain that radiated to back and worsened breathing. This was diagnosed as dissection by angiogram. She treated conservatively antihypertensive medications, anticoagulants, opioid medication for control.
