This article proposes that by shifting focus measuring neighborhood boundaries rather than neighborhoods, scholars can avoid problem of indefinable and better approach questions what predicts racial segregation across areas. By quantifying an externality space theory boundaries, this introduces novel form analysis test where...

Maternal CMV infection during pregnancy, either primary or non-primary, may be associated with fetal and long-term sequelae. While guidelines recommend against it, screening for in pregnant women is a prevalent clinical practice Israel. Our aim to provide updated, local, clinically relevant, epidemiological information about seroprevalence among at childbearing age, the incidence of maternal pregnancy prevalence congenital (cCMV), as well yield serology testing.

Accumulation of inositol-1-phosphate after labeling with [3H]inositol and stimulation noradrenaline, carbachol, serotonin was measured in rat cortical, caudate nucleus, hippocampal slices. The response to noradrenaline significantly increased cortical slices from animals that had received either a single electroconvulsive shock (ECS) or series 10 daily ECS but unchanged nucleus muscarinic cholinergic agonist, reduced chronic ECS. not affected by the treatment. results are correlated changes...

Clonidine, a potent and highly selective α 2 ‐adrenergic agonist of the central nervous system, was modified. Insertion strong alkylating isothiocyanate group (NCS) group, at its aromatic residue, makes clonidine potential affinity label receptors. In displacement [ 3 H]clonidine p ‐[ H]aminoclonidine from rat brain membrane preparations, clonidine‐NCS demonstrates high for receptors ( K d = 50 mM). The covalent labelling ‐receptors requires higher concentrations irreversible ligand (1–70...
