The D3-dopaminergic agonist (±) 7-hydroxy-dipropylaminotetralin (7-OH-DPAT) prolonged cycle length and action potential duration, depolarized maximum diastolic potential, reduced the upstroke velocity of rabbit sinoatrial node cells.
