Five children with an orbital recurrence of retinoblastoma have been successfully treated by a combination excision biopsy the tumour mass, radical radiotherapy, and systemic chemotherapy. Nine previous children, consecutive five presented here, died from disseminated after failure earlier treatment programmes for recurrence.
