The utilisation of coated controlled-release fertilizers (CRFs) leads to the persistence residual plastic films in agricultural soils, posing a potential threat crop health. This study investigates impacts four (0.39 %, w/w) derived from CRFs soil, including petrochemical polyether, bio-based castor oil polyester, and wheat straw polyester polyurethane on growth. found that PecPEUR significantly reduced plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, aboveground fresh weight by 24.8 20.2 25.7 %....

Autothermal reforming (ATR) is an effective route for hydrogen production from acetic acid (HAc) derived biomass. Ni-based catalysts are promising candidates ATR due to their high activity, but coke formation hinders practical application. To tackle this issue, a series of Ni-Mg-Cr with supports Cr2O3 or MgCr2O4 were prepared by the sol–gel method and evaluated in ATR. The results indicated that as compared Ni-Cr2O3 catalyst, Ni0.25Mg0.75CrO3.5±δ catalyst support presented higher catalytic...

The production of p-xylene from the methanol to aromatics (MTA) reaction is challenging. catalytic stability, which inversely proportional particle size zeolite, not always compatible with selectivity, external acid sites. In this study, based on a nano-sized we designed hollow triple-shelled Zn/MFI single crystals using ultra-dilute liquid-phase growth technique. obtained composites possessed one ZSM-5 layer (≈30 nm) in middle and two silicalite-1 layers (≈20 epitaxially grown sides ZSM-5,...

The auto-thermal reforming (ATR) of acetic acid is an effective hydrogen production method, but it suffers from catalyst deactivation by coking. Sm-promoted layered La2NiO4 perovskite catalysts were synthesized via the sol-gel method and its catalytic performance in ATR HAc was further evaluated. characterization results demonstrate that incorporation Sm into lattice led to formation Ni-La-Sm-O species, inducing crystal defects structure which could promote gasification coking precursors....

Energetic structural materials (ESMs) have many potential military applications due to their unique functions. In this work, the reactivity and penetration performance of ESMs been examined as a shaped charge liner material. The experiments nickel-aluminum (Ni-Al) copper-nickel-aluminum (Cu-Ni-Al)-shaped liners (SCLs) designed fired into 45# steel. targets were recovered analyzed by optical microscopy, electron energy dispersive spectroscopy, Vickers microhardness measurements. head tail...

Activated N/P codoped carbon (A-NPC) materials with ultrahigh specific surface areas (SSA) and hierarchical porous structures were synthesized by a green cheap method to enhance the electrochemical performance of electrical double-layer capacitors. Waste durian peel was used as precursor, (NH4)2HPO4 N P sources, KOH an activator. The obtained material had SSA (3416 m2 g–1), structure (84 vol % micropores), appropriate (2.17 at. %) (0.48 doping amounts. Synergy among these characteristics...
