We present the results of a clinicopathologic study 109 patients with endometrial stromal sarcoma and eight nodule. Of sarcoma, follow-up was obtained on 93 (85%). The stage distribution number (numerator) compared to total in each (denominator) are: Stage 1, 73/85; II, 3/6; III, 11/11; IV, 6/7. II are considered separately analysis. Thirty-six percent I experienced one or more relapses. these, six (23%) died disease from 11 360 months diagnosis (median, 79 months). Nine (35%) were alive...

CD43 expression on B cells is an immunophenotypic feature suggestive of malignancy. In the light its diagnostic importance, we performed a comprehensive survey in various types non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) and determined frequency routinely fixed paraffin-embedded tissues. Tissue sections 742 cases NHL, pretreated by heat-induced epitope retrieval technique, were immunostained using anti-CD43 antibody. Three categories positivity found: (1) more than 90% T-cell lymphoma, mantle cell B-cell...

Immunophenotyping has become common in the diagnosis and classification of acute leukemias is particularly important proper identification cases minimally differentiated myeloid leukemia (AML-MO). To evaluate immunophenotype adult AML, 106 were studied by cytochemical analysis flow cytometry with a panel 22 antibodies. The results compared French-American-British (FAB) Cooperative Group classification, as well available cytogenetic data on each case. CD45, CD33, CD13 most commonlyexpressed...

Purpose Therapy-related myelodysplasia or acute myelogenous leukemia (t-MDS/AML) is a lethal complication of autologous hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation (aHCT) for Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL) and non-Hodgkin's (NHL). Here, we investigated the hypothesis that accelerated telomere shortening after aHCT could contribute to development t-MDS/AML. Patients Methods A prospective longitudinal cohort was constructed investigate sequence cellular molecular abnormalities leading t-MDS/AML HL/NHL....

Dynamics of fluorescent diamond nanoparticles in HeLa cells has been studied with two-photon fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS). Fluorescent nanodiamond (FND) is an excellent probe for bioimaging application, but they are often trapped endosomes after cellular uptake. The entrapment prohibits FCS from being performed a time frame 60 s. Herein, we show that the encapsulation FNDs within lipid layer enhances diffusion particles cytoplasm by more than one order magnitude, and as small...
