Lateral pharyngeal wall collapse, linked to weak stability, is characteristic of severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) patients. Soft palate webbing flap palatopharyngoplasty (SPWFPP) has been introduced enhance the stability lateral with minimal postoperative complications by eliminating need for tonsillectomy.
