We evaluated the developmental prognosis of 31 infants born to mothers with autoimmune thyroiditis. Four babies developed transient neonatal hypothyroidism. 昭和51年∼同60年までの10年間に九州大学医学部皮膚科外来を受診した有棘細胞癌の症例94例を統計的に検討した。1)有棘細胞癌の外来受診者総数に対する頻度は0.41%であつた。性別では男子55例, 女子39例で男女比は1.41:1と男子に多かつた。2)年令層別では50才代にピークを形成していた。3)初発から来院までの期間は2年以内が77.7%であり比較的早期に受診する傾向がみられた。4)前駆病変が明らかにされた症例は65例で熱傷や外傷を起因とした瘢痕癌が多かつた。5)部位別頻度では顔面および下肢が多かつた。6)再発例は24例であつた。再発までの期間は1年未満が最も多く, 平均2年2ヵ月であつた。再発率の高い前駆疾患として放射線皮膚炎, 色素性乾皮症, 慢性円板状エリテマトーデスがあげられた。腫瘍の大きさと再発率には相関がなかつた。病理組織型と再発との関係では, 分化型に比べ未分化型の再発率が高かつた。7)腫瘍死例は9例であつた。T1N0M0の治癒率は100%であつた。TNM分類で病期が進行するほど, また組織型で分化度が低いほど,...
