본 연구는 지난 1996년 창간한 한국스포츠산업경영학회지의 연구주제 및 동향을 살펴보는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2016년부터 2022년까지 한국스포츠산업경영학회지에 게재된 263편의 논문에 대한 내용분석을 진행하였다. 내용분석의 범주는 연구영역 연구주제, 연구방법 통계기법으로 한정하여 결과를 제시하였다. 주제는 북미스포츠경영학회(NASSM)에서 제시하고 있는 학회 초록 투고 카테고리를 분류체계로 활용하였고, 통계기법의 분류는 기존 선행연구를 토대로 수정 보완하여 양적/질적/혼합 연구방법의 분류체계를 적용하였으며 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구영역에서 가장 많은 연구가 이루어진 분야는 Marketing 영역이며 구체적으로 팬/소비자행동, 특히 스포츠소비자행동과 관련한 주를 이루었다. 뒤로 Communication, Facilities/Events 영역 순으로 진행된 것으로 나타났으나 영역과의 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 연구방법은...
본 연구의 목적은 사회복지 실천현장에서 사례관리자가 경험하는 어려움과 그에 대한 대처의 실제적 양상을 파악하는 것이다. 사회복지관 사례관리팀에서 사례관리 업무를 담당하고 있는 사례 관리자 10명에 대하여 초점집단면접을 수행하고 그 내용을 질적 분석하였다. 연구결과 사례관리자 들이 어려움은 실천의 특성, 클라이언트와의 상호작용, 전문적 역량, 수행 환경 등 4개 영역에서 9개 주제, 24개 의미통합으로 나타났고, 이에 대처는 기관 차원의 대처와 개인 대처 2개 5개 14개의 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 사례관리자의 어려움을 감소시킬 수 방안을 마련하고 사례관리의 효과성과 효율성을 높이기 위한 방안에 제언하였다.
