50년간 우리나라의 산불발생원인은 시대에 상관없이 입산자실화에 의한 산불이 가장 많이 발생하였다. '60-'70년대는 입산자실화외에 성묘객부주의, 어린이불장난, 논밭두렁태우기, 쓰레기소각, 담뱃불순 이었으나, '80년대 이후에는 담뱃불, 어린이불장난 순으로 나타났다. 입산자실화를 제외하고 성묘객부주의와 어린이불장난에 산불발생건수는 지속적으로 감소하고 있으며 반면에, 담뱃불에 증가하고 있는 것으로 논밭두렁태우기와 쓰레기소각에 산불은 '90년대 쓰레기 종량제 실시이후 있으며, '70년대 이후 농산촌 어린이 인구수의 급격한 감소에 함께 발생건수가 크게 감소하였다. 성묘객부주의에 산불발생건수가 감소하는 것은 매장에서 화장으로 분묘에서 납골당을 선호하는 장례문화의 변화가 산불발생건수의 많은 영향을 미친 판단된다. 본 연구의 목적은 급변하는 디지털 환경에서 유아동의 스마트폰 과의존을 측정하기 위한 관찰자 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌 분석과 전문가 FGI를 통해 과의존의 하위요인을 조절력 상실, 현저성, 문제적 결과로 구성하였으며, 결과는 신체건강, 정신건강, 대인관계 맥락, 생산성으로 세분화하였다. 예비조사와 본조사를 거쳐 총 20문항의 최종 개발하였으며, 신뢰도와 타당도 검증결과 양호한 수준으로 나타났다. 또한 z 점수를 활용한 규준 설정과 ROC 분석, 수정된 Angoff 방법을 일반군, 잠재적 위험군, 고위험군의 분류 기준점을 마련하였다. 일반군은 사용에 특별한 어려움이 없는 상태로, 스마트폰을 적절히 조절하여 사용하며 일상생활에 지장이 수준이다. 반면 위험군은 사용 조절력이 약화되어 약속 시간을 어기거나 늘려달라고 요구하는 등 신체적·정신적 문제가 나타나기 시작하는 상태이다. 고위험군은 대한 통제력을 상실하여 외에 다른 활동을 거의 하지 않으며, 주변...
